David D. McNally, President

Mr. McNally is the President of McNally Financial Services Corporation. He has over thirty years experience in the South Texas investment community. He has been employed with national and regional broker dealers, as both a producer and manager. He has previously managed the operations of a bank based broker dealer and has extensive experience as a financial representative working in financial institutions.

He is currently licensed as a General Securities Principal, Series #24, Introducing Broker Financial & Operations Principal, Series #28, General Securities Sales Supervisor, Series #8, Municipal Securities Principal, Series #53, Registered Options Principal, Series #4, General Securities Representative, Series #7, Uniform State Securities Licensing, Series #63, and serves as an Arbitrator for the FINRA Regulation, Inc., Board of Arbitrators.

Mr. McNally is a Certified Financial Planner® , Registered Investment Advisor, and Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Agent; Life, Accident, Health & HMO. He is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association.
